日産自動車株式会社（本社：神奈川県横浜市西区、社長：カルロス ゴーン）は29日、2016年パリモーターショーで革新的かつ独創的な5代目となる新型「マイクラ」を世界初公開しました。
世界最大のハッチバック市場である欧州をターゲットに開発した新型「マイクラ Gen5」は、ボディの長さを特徴付ける印象的なキャラクターライン等が、人々の目を惹くデザインとなっています。また、同車のボディは、歴代のモデルと比べて、低く、幅広く、そして長い室内空間となっています。　さらに、新しいダウンサイズターボエンジンにより、俊敏な走りを実現しました。充実した安全装備も採用しています。
